Community Action Network Days
We want to encourage employees to get involved in their community. To aid in this effort, AWF offers eight (8) hours of paid volunteer time on an annual calendar year basis to all employees (who have completed their introductory period) who want to offer their time and energies to help others.
CARE Days
In an effort to advance our wellness, AWF has CARE Day. This provides the employee with one (1) full work day annually (8 hours) to focus on self care. It must be pre-scheduled in advance with authorization from your supervisor/manager. AWF wants to Create Awareness Really Early!
