Since 1966, American Wood Fibers has been family owned and operated. What Frank and Joy Faehner began as a single mill in Jessup, Maryland, has grown into a company with manufacturing sites across the country. For four generations, AWF has helped pioneer the small-animal bedding category. Still led by the founding family today, AWF is built on the same foundation it started with: caring for our team, our customers, our suppliers, and our partners.
